Chirossage Treatment

A Chirossage package includes a chiropractic adjustment and a massage.  All chiropractic adjustments require an exam before the treatment so if this is your first adjustment with The Body Shop please plan to have your exam prior to being adjusted during your appointment.

Chiropractic Treatment

Chiropractic treatments are individualized and require an exam before a treatment plan is made specifically for you.

Assisted Stretching

Assisted stretching is a guided technique where a trained practitioner helps move your body through controlled stretches to improve flexibility, mobility, and range of motion. By targeting specific muscle groups and holding stretches longer than you might on your own, it helps reduce stiffness, enhance performance, and prevent injury.

Relaxation Massage

A Swedish or relaxation massage is a gentle, full-body treatment designed to promote overall relaxation, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension. It uses long, flowing strokes, kneading, and light to moderate pressure, making it ideal for stress relief and calming the nervous system.

Deep Tissue Massage

A deep tissue massage targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to relieve chronic tension and pain. It uses slow, firm pressure and focused techniques to break up adhesions (knots), improve mobility, and reduce inflammation, making it ideal for people with persistent muscle issues or recovering from injuries.

Prenatal Massage

Prenatal massage is a gentle, therapeutic massage tailored to the needs of pregnant individuals. It helps reduce stress, relieve back and joint pain, improve circulation, and ease muscle tension associated with pregnancy. Special positioning and techniques ensure comfort and safety for both mother and baby throughout the session.

Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic consultation, exam and report of findings – $39 – $69*

        *(Cost of exam can vary depending on severity of condition and length of time needed for proper assessment. If x-rays are deemed necessary for care you may be referred to an imaging center before a report of findings can be prepared.)

Chiropractic Adjustment – $45

Chirossage Sessions – Combine your massage with a chiropractic adjustment for maximum results!

20 minute chirossage: 15 minute massage + chiropractic adjustment – $70

35 minute chirossage: 30 minute massage and stretch session + chiropractic adjustment – $ 100

50 minute chirossage: 45 minute massage and stretch session + chiropractic adjustment – $130

*Must have a chiropractic exam and consultation before any chiropractic adjustment

Massage Therapy – (Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports, Myofascial, NMT/Trigger Point Massage)

One hour session – $100

75 minute session – $125

90 minute sessin – $145

Two hour session – $180

*Massage times may include time for brief intake and getting on and off the table
